Programs
This is a pre-Bronze Medallion training program. Participants learn how to apply problem-solving and decision-making skills as individuals and with partners. This course helps the participants to develop WaterSmart confidence and learn basic lifesaving skills.
Candidates must have the ability to swim 400 metres of interval training that includes (but is not limited to): Front Crawl, Back Crawl and Breaststroke.
All sessions must be attended to complete.
