Facilities
This large and open space has full access to chairs, tables, and a kitchen facility (additional cost for kitchen). A great venue for your conference, banquet, meeting, wedding, retirement, or Christmas parties for up to 225 guests (including staff, bands, caterer, etc).
For events with tables and chairs: Required to maintain a 3.6 foot pathway for egress all the way around the outside edge of the floor space. Up to 27 round tables will require maintaining a 5.5 foot clearance from the edge of each table. Rectangle tables also maintaining a 5.5 foot clearance from the edge of each table - As per Fire & Occupancy Standards.
